The Pooper Scoopers come to your house regularly and clean up what your dog leaves behind. We are a dog poop pick-up service.

Currently we service Minot, the surrounding areas and Minot AFB.
When does service start and stop?
We provide service year-round. Many customers choose to cancel service over the winter, but that makes for a big job once spring arrives! Either way, it’s your decision. Just let us know before the new month begins that you would like to “paws” your service.
How do you ensure that my dog won’t get sick from other dogs that you service?
We use an environmentally safe and pet safe disinfectant and deodorizer on our shoes and tools after leaving each customer’s yard. This solution is effective against canine parvo and distemper virus, rabies virus, bacteria, fungi, and many other germs. It is safe on most surfaces, so if your pets get any doodles on your porch or sidewalk, we would use this to clean those areas as well.
What do you do with the dog poop after you pick it up?
We throw it on your neighbor’s lawn and leave a business card. Just joking! Actually, we bag it and take it away and dispose of it so that it is safe for the enviorment.
How do you charge for this unique service?
It depends on how many dogs you have and how often we visit your home. For example: one dog, once a week is only $45.00 a month. For more information visit our Rates Page.
Are there any “hidden” charges?
The only additional charge would be an additional fee for the first visit, but that’s only if your yard hasn’t been cleaned up in a long time. Now if you’re the type that cleans your house before the cleaning person arrives… STOP! The surcharge is only $10.00 or $15.00, depending on how long it takes.
Do I have to be there when you are there?
No. Most people work during the day and find it difficult to arrange a time to be home. However, if you want to be there the first day, for whatever reason, we will gladly arrange a time to meet you and your dog. Just let us know!
How can I leave you a key to get into my yard?
This is something we can figure out together, to see what works best for you.
How do I start up service?
It’s easy to start up service. In most instances, all it takes is a phone call and about two minutes later… you’re ready to go! Everything can be done over the phone or via email, and you can be billed through the mail or email, at your preference. We are gone most of the day (because it is hard to see at night), so don’t be afraid to leave a message on the answering machine. Just be sure to leave your phone number, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Do I need to tie up my dog when you service my yard?
No, unless you know your dog is a ruthless man eater! Most of the time the only problem we have with dogs is that they want to be petted and jump up on us. They know which pocket we keep the dog biscuits in! If your dog is on a special diet or you just don’t want us to give them a treat, let us know.
Do you work in the rain and snow?
Rain- It depends on how hard it is raining. If it’s just a light drizzle, we usually work. If it’s a constant downpour, we don’t.
Snow- If it’s snowing continuously, then we don’t work because we won’t be able to see what we need to pick up. However, if it snows during the evening and melts during the day, there is a good chance we can still pick up on schedule.
What do you do if you can’t pick up on your usual day due to the weather?
We will usually come the next day or as soon as possible after your scheduled day.
Do I have to sign any contracts?
Yes. Nothing too legally binding, but simply giving The Poop Scoopers permission to be on your property to pick up dog poop and to outline our policies and procedures. There is no minimum service, and you can cancel at any time.
What other services do you provide?
Currently we offer service to residential and commercial properties. We offer one time clean ups, gift certificates, free estimates, and a 20% discount for referrals! So tell your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers about The Poop Scoopers Dog Poop Pick-Up Service, and let us do the dirty work for you!
What discounts do you offer?
We always offer a 10% military, senior (60+) and disabled discount. We also offer referral discounts. For each person you refer, you get 20% off for the month. So if you refer five people in one month, your next month would be free. You can’t beat that! We now also offer 15% discount if you pay 6 months of service in advance. Also, check the home page or Facebook frequently.
How am I billed?
You can be billed either through mail or email. You have the option to pay by check, cash, or online through Paypal. Services are paid for one month in advance and will be pro-rated on your first bill if you start in the middle of the month.
