Commercial Policy

The following contract outlines our policies and procedures. As a new and highly valued Poop Scoopers client, you will be required to sign this contract for our records and yours. By signing this contract you give the Poop Scoopers and its employees permission to enter your submitted property address(es) to perform said duties, and agree to all stipulations herein. Please fill out the form below fully and accurately and submit it. We will email you a copy or you can print out the page after submitting to keep a copy for your records.

  1. OUR FEE: You will receive a billing statement on the 15th of the month before the serviced month either through mail or email, at your specified preference. You can mail in the payment or pay online. Our fee for commercial properties is $80.00 per hour. If the rental property is a house, the cleanup fee remains the same. Except when the service is monthly, then the fee is based on the number of dogs the tenant has. Please make checks to: The Poop Scoopers as we are a registered business.
  2. LATE FEES: All accounts are due and payable by the 1st of the month. There will be a late fee of $10.00 per month for payments not received by the 25th of each month. Any account that has not been paid by the next service month will have service stopped. A $25.00 service charge will be added for checks returned unpaid by the bank. Any account unpaid after 90 days will be subject to legal action and/or turned over to our collection agency. This could affect your future credit rating.
  3. HOLIDAYS: Your fee includes certain holidays we will observe without compensation of cost or service. In other words, the following are our versions of paid holidays: Memorial Day; Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. This applies only if the holiday falls on your usual service day. When possible and depending on our workload, we may provide service the day before or the day after the holiday.
              3a. The reason you are not compensated for holidays is because the next time we service your yard there will be twice as much work. If you clean up your yard on holidays and would like to be compensated for it, simply give us a call and we will pro-rate your next bill accordingly.
  4. MISCELLANEOUS LEGAL: We reserve the right to temporarily change service days as needed. If you are missed due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. illness, downed vehicle, etc., your bill will be pro-rated accordingly. Our hours are from dawn to dusk. If you are missed due to acts of God, i.e. heavy rain, snow, hurricane, earthquakes, etc., your bill will not be pro-rated and you will be responsible for the full amount of your monthly bill.
